材料: 水、瘦肉、石斛、花旗蔘、紅棗、淮山、玉竹、圓肉、鹽


加熱方法:
1. 水煮
整袋浸入沸水中加熱3-5分鐘， 撕開封口將湯料倒入碗中即可。 

2. 微波爐
撕開封口， 將湯料倒入碗中， 放入微波爐加熱3-5分鐘即可。  


*切勿將鋁箔袋直接放入微波爐加熱!
